Prerequisites

1. Meta Business Account

Required (free):

  1. Visit business.facebook.com
  2. Create Business Account
  3. Verify business (trade license, website)
  4. Add WhatsApp product

Setup Process

Step 1: Register with BSP (Infobip Example)

  1. Visit infobip.com/whatsapp
  2. Click Start Free Trial
  3. Enter business details:
    • Company name
    • Trade license (upload)
    • Contact information
  4. Email verification (instant)
  5. Business verification (1-2 days)

Step 2: Get WhatsApp API Credentials

  1. Infobip dashboard โ†’ WhatsApp โ†’ Setup
  2. Register phone number (+971 5X XXX XXXX)
  3. Verify via SMS code
