Your agency at the center

Owner and tenant portals connect both sides to your agency — every loop tracked, nothing lost in phone calls.

Owner

Owners see collections and payouts themselves — no status calls to your team.

A rejected document comes back with the reason — the tenant re-uploads in one tap.

Two portals. One client relationship managed by your agency.

Owners and tenants never share the same view. Each person sees the records relevant to their role, while your team continues working from TenancyDesk.

Owner Portal

Give every owner a clear view of the portfolio you manage for them.

  • View properties and active tenancies
  • Follow contracted rent, collected and outstanding amounts
  • See payment records and payout statements
  • Access relevant documents and upload their own records
  • Check tenancy and registration status
  • Reach the assigned agent using the contact details your agency publishes
  • Choose language and communication preferences

Tenant Portal

Give every tenant one place to follow the rentals connected to your agency.

  • View current and past rentals
  • See payment schedules and payment status
  • Upload requested documents from any device
  • Read a rejection reason and send a clearer copy
  • Access contract and registration details
  • Choose language and communication preferences

Invite once. Keep the client connected.

Portal access follows the client relationship, not a temporary transaction.

  1. Invite the client

Send Owner Portal or Tenant Portal access from the client or tenancy record. The same person can keep the relevant rental history your agency manages for them.

  2. Verify by email code

The invitation identifies the client. Signing in requires a six-digit code sent to their email and valid for 10 minutes — no password or app download.

  3. Keep their view up to date

When your team updates relevant tenancy, document, payment or registration records in TenancyDesk, the client sees the current information in their portal.

Let clients handle the routine. Keep your team focused.

Move repeat document requests and status questions into a client experience that stays connected to the same tenancy records your agency already manages.

Document collection with a clear next step

Clients upload their own records from a phone or computer. If a file needs a clearer copy, they see the reason and can send the missing or corrected document.

Rental progress without a separate spreadsheet

Tenancy dates, status, assigned agent, documents and registration details stay connected in the client's role-based view.

Payment visibility without exposing internal figures

Tenants see the payment schedule relevant to them. Owners see the collections, outstanding amounts and payout records relevant to their portfolio.

One owner view across the managed portfolio

Owners can move from portfolio overview to properties, tenancies, documents, payments and payouts without asking your team to rebuild the same update.

Client visibility built around UAE tenancy workflows.

Show the registration status your agency has recorded for each tenancy — from Ejari in Dubai and Tawtheeq in Abu Dhabi to the applicable attestation or municipality reference across the other emirates — alongside the documents, dates and payment records already managed in TenancyDesk.

Ejari · Tawtheeq · Sharjah Municipality attestation · Tasdeeq · Municipality references

Registration status

Clients can see whether the applicable tenancy registration has been recorded and view the reference available to their role.

Relevant documents

Contracts and shared tenancy records appear alongside the client's own private documents.

One tenancy context

Dates, payment schedules, documents and registration status remain connected.

Your agency stays in control.

Give clients useful visibility without opening your internal workspace. Access follows the person and their role, and your team decides who keeps it.

Role-based access

An owner sees the portfolio you manage for them. A tenant sees their own rentals. Neither sees your internal workspace.

Private records stay private

The owner portal does not expose a tenant's identity documents, and the tenant portal does not expose internal agency figures.

Access your team controls

Invite, re-invite or revoke portal access from the client record, with the same status visible wherever that person appears in TenancyDesk.

Security already built in

Portal data uses the same encrypted storage, transport protection and tenant isolation described in TenancyDesk Security.

Questions agencies ask

What are TenancyDesk Client Portals?

Client Portals are two role-based web experiences: an Owner Portal for property owners and a Tenant Portal for renters. Each client sees the rental, document, payment and registration records relevant to their role.

Are Client Portals included in every plan?

Yes. Owner Portal and Tenant Portal access are included in Solo, Starter, Professional and Enterprise. Enterprise also adds custom branding.

Do owners or tenants need to install an app?

No. Both portals work in a modern browser on phone, tablet or computer.

How do clients sign in?

Your agency sends portal access to the client. The invitation identifies them, then a six-digit code sent to their email verifies the sign-in. The code is valid for 10 minutes.

Can clients upload their own documents?

Yes. Owners and tenants can upload the documents relevant to them from any device. If your team rejects a file, the client can see the reason and send a clearer or missing copy.

What can an owner see?

An owner can see the properties and tenancies your agency manages for them, along with relevant documents, payment records, portfolio figures and payout statements. The portal does not expose the tenant's private identity documents.

What can a tenant see?

A tenant can see current and past rentals, payment schedules, relevant documents, contract details and registration status. Internal agency figures and the owner's private identity documents are not shown.

Can my agency control portal access?

Yes. Your team can invite, re-invite and revoke access from the client record.

Can my clients use the portal in their own language?

Yes. Both the Owner Portal and the Tenant Portal run in English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese and Hindi, and it is the client who chooses — from a switcher on every portal screen. Their choice stays with them, so the portal opens in their language on whatever device they sign in from next.
