- Are Property Finder and Bayut connected in the same way?
- No. Property Finder uses your agency's API credentials for a direct connection. Bayut / dubizzle uses a Profolio Excel export that you upload, preview and import.
- Do I need accounts with the connected platforms?
- Property Finder requires API access and credentials from your Property Finder account. Bayut requires a Profolio Excel export from the agency account. WhatsApp, email and document extraction are built into TenancyDesk, so there is no separate connector to install for those standard capabilities.
- Which integrations are included in my plan?
- Property Finder connection, supported property-file imports and the standard WhatsApp, email and document workflows are available across TenancyDesk self-serve plans. Monthly WhatsApp and AI allowances vary by plan. Bulk deal import, REST API, webhooks, SSO/SAML and an agency-owned WhatsApp number are Enterprise capabilities.
- How does TenancyDesk work with my existing CRM?
- Keep the sales and CRM tools that already work for your agency. TenancyDesk adds the property import, tenancy deadline, registration-preparation and evidence workflow around them. Enterprise customers can scope API and webhook connections to supported internal systems.
- Can we use our own WhatsApp number?
- The standard TenancyDesk WhatsApp channel is included with plan-specific allowances. Enterprise agencies can request an agency-owned number through Meta as part of a scoped rollout.
- Which AI provider does document extraction use?
- TenancyDesk uses a multi-provider AI routing layer for supported document extraction and classification workflows. Current subprocessors and data-processing information are listed in our Security and Privacy documentation.
- Can our developers connect directly to TenancyDesk?
- Enterprise plans can include REST API access and signed webhooks for supported resources and events. Contact Sales with the systems and workflow you need so the integration scope can be confirmed before rollout.
