I worked inside this market before I built for it.
Building property software for UAE agencies — booking platforms, owner portals, role-based access for agency teams — put me next to the operational work every day. Every tenancy is a chain of dates and money: notice periods, rent-increase limits, cheque schedules, registration windows. The platforms handled listings and bookings. The chain itself lived in calendars, spreadsheets and chat threads — and a missed link cost the agency, not the calendar.
