How to Upgrade, Downgrade, and Use Resource Packs

An Admin changes the plan and buys resource packs in Settings.

Changing your plan

In Settings → Billing, under Subscription Plans, choose a plan and confirm the change.

• Upgrade — the higher limits apply straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of your current billing period now.
• Downgrade — you keep your current plan until the end of the period you have paid for; the lower plan starts then and is billed at renewal. There is no refund or credit for the remaining days. If you change your mind before then, choose your current plan again.
• Annual billing — Switch to Annual Billing. Annual costs 20% less than monthly and is charged as one payment.

Nothing is deleted when you move to a smaller plan. Where you are above a new limit, you cannot add more until you are back under it. Leaving Enterprise ends its features — API access, webhooks, single sign-on and branches.

Resource packs

A resource pack adds capacity to one limit for 30 days. It is a one-time purchase: it does not renew, and unused capacity does not carry over.

Prices include 5% UAE VAT. You can buy more than one of the same pack.

Packs are bought in Settings → Add-ons with Buy Resource Pack. They need an active paid plan, so they cannot be bought during the trial.

Pack or upgrade?

A pack suits a one-off peak in one limit. If you need the same pack month after month, or you hit several limits at once, a larger plan usually fits better.
