Settings → Billing → Invoices & Payment History

Invoice List

Displays:

Invoice number (INV-2026-001)
Billing period (Jan 2026)
Plan (Pro - 10 users)
Amount (AED 599 + VAT 5%)
Status (Paid, Pending, Overdue)
Download link (PDF)

Filters:

By year (2025, 2026)
By status (All, Paid, Pending, Overdue)
By plan (Solo, Starter, Pro, Enterprise)

Each invoice shows:

Your company name and TRN (Tax Registration Number)
Billing address
Payment method on file

Failed Payments

If payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds):

Email alert sent immediately
Grace period: 3 days to update payment method
Retry: Automatic retry every 24 hours (3 attempts)
If still failing:
- Day 7: Service suspended (read-only)
- Day 14: Account deactivated
- Day 30: Data scheduled for deletion

Update payment method:

Billing → Update Payment Method
Add new card
Retry payment button → charges immediately

Managing Subscription

Upgrade/downgrade anytime:

Settings → Billing → Change Plan
Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated)
Downgrades apply at next billing cycle
No cancellation fees

Cancel subscription:

Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan
Effective: End of current billing period
Data retained: 90 days (download before deletion)
