Company details

In Settings → Company, the Admin enters the company's details — company name, trade name, trade licence number, RERA ORN (Office Registration Number), emirate, address, phone, e-mail and website — and saves them. TenancyDesk records these details; it does not check them with any authority.

Your emirate

The company's emirate is a starting point. Each deal follows the emirate of its property, so an agency in one emirate can manage tenancies in another, each under that emirate's rules.

Settings next to the details

• Default Communication Language — the language used for a contact who has not chosen one.
• Cheque Handover Tracking — for agencies that collect rent and deposit cheques on behalf of landlords: payments can be tracked from collection through to handover to the landlord.

Before you start

Your licences, your RERA registration and your office registration are obtained from the authorities themselves. TenancyDesk holds the numbers they give you.
