TenancyDesk can read the fields of a document so your team does not retype them. Nothing is written to a deal or a contact until a person applies it.
What it reads
- Emirates ID
- Passport
- UAE residence visa
- Tenancy contract
- Title deed
Other documents are stored and organised as usual; extraction does not apply to them.
How to use it
- Upload the document on the deal's Documents tab — or the client uploads it through their portal. Make sure the document has its type.
- On the document's row, press Extract with AI. Uploading alone does not start it.
- Review what was found and correct anything that is wrong. The document is the authority, not the reading.
- Press Apply. Only the fields you apply are written.
If the reading itself is unsure, no field is ticked for you: you tick the values you have checked.
Getting a good reading
A phone photo usually works; a glare-free scan works better. Keep the whole document in the frame, flat and in focus.
Your monthly allowance
Each extraction counts against your plan's monthly allowance — Solo 50, Starter 200, Professional 600. The +50 AI Extractions pack adds 50 for 30 days as a one-time purchase.
Why a person still confirms
A wrong ID number is not a typo — it is a rejected registration or a dispute you cannot evidence. Extraction removes the typing; it does not take the responsibility.
