Prerequisites

  1. WhatsApp Business Account (not regular WhatsApp)
  2. Verified business phone number
  3. Meta Business Manager account
  4. TenancyDesk account (WhatsApp is included on all plans)

Setup Process

Step 1: Create Meta Business Manager

  • Visit business.facebook.com
  • Create account
  • Add business details

Step 2: Connect Phone Number

  • Settings โ†’ WhatsApp Business API
  • Add phone number (UAE: +971 format)
  • Verify via SMS

Step 3: Link to TenancyDesk

  • TenancyDesk โ†’ Settings โ†’ Integrations โ†’ WhatsApp
