Dispute Evidence Package

When a Dubai tenancy turns into a dispute, TenancyDesk can gather what it holds about the deal into one package for your lawyer to review before anything is filed. It is built for Dubai's Rental Disputes Centre; it is not formatted for other emirates' bodies, and TenancyDesk does not file a claim or represent anyone.

What goes in

• A summary report (PDF) — the deal's timeline, the parties, the property, the payments, the compliance status and a checklist of the documents.
• The deal's documents, grouped into folders — contract, Ejari, identity, property, payment records, legal notices and other documents — with a manifest listing them.

What it is not

• It contains only what is on the deal. It does not contain correspondence.
• It is not a ruling on who is right. RDC decides what evidence it accepts; for messages, RDC's own FAQ says WhatsApp and e-mail are admissible when the parties acknowledge them in the case record.
• Check the Centre's own requirements for your type of claim before filing.
