In short: TenancyDesk can read five document types — Emirates ID, passport, UAE residence visa, tenancy contract and title deed — and show the fields it found. Your team checks every field before it is applied: nothing reaches a record without a person confirming it.
Typing Emirates IDs, passports and title deeds by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. Extraction does the reading; your team keeps the decision.
Supported documents
- Emirates ID — name, ID number, expiry date, nationality
- Passport — passport number, issue and expiry dates, nationality
- UAE residence visa — visa details and expiry date
- Tenancy contract — parties, contract dates and rent
- UAE title deed — property details, plot number, area
How it works
- Upload the document on the deal's Documents tab.
- Press Extract with AI on the document's row.
- Review the fields: correct anything that is wrong.
- Apply: only what you apply is written to the deal or the contact.
Extraction starts when a person on your team presses the button — uploading a document, including from a client portal, does not start it.

Extraction is part of every plan, with a monthly allowance: Solo 50, Starter 200, Professional 600; on Enterprise, capacity is defined in your Order Form. Resource packs add more — see Settings → Add-ons.
